How to find a
Certified Nurse-Midwife

The American College of Nurse-Midwives website allows you to search for a Certified Nurse-Midwife by zip code, city or birth setting (home, hospital, or birth center).

You can also find a midwife to provide well-person care unrelated to pregnancy and birth.

How to find a
Licensed Midwife

In addition to the ACNM search, you may consider visiting MAWS (Midwives' Association of Washington State) website if you are searching for midwives who provide care for home and birth center birth.

MAWS list includes non-CNM licensed midwives as well as some CNMs.
